What’s the best thing about the GHA: The coaching, it is very specific to your position which helps to improve your performances in games and training.

What have you learnt from Glenn and the team: I have learnt a number of key skills the most important being my awareness. It is vital that I am aware of what’s going on around me, to allow myself time to move into the correct position or move others.
